Attorney Jeffrey Foster is the founding partner of Foster Law Offices. An accomplished litigation and transaction attorney, Jeff proudly represents Washington individuals and businesses in legal matters involving:

In addition to his law practice, Jeff is a licensed real estate broker. Jeff is the designated broker for Seattle-based real estate firm, Navigation Real Estate. Navigation advises and represents clients in the acquisition, sale and leasing of all types of residential and commercial real estate.

Prior to founding Foster Law Offices in August, 2003, Jeff was a founding partner at the Bellevue, Washington civil litigation firm, Cavagnaro & Foster. At Cavagnaro & Foster, Jeff represented clients in wide array of complex transactions and litigation cases including: shareholder disputes, commercial real estate, insurance claims, and breach of contract. Representative cases also included serious personal injury matters, bankruptcy and residential real estate.

Born and raised in Snohomish County, Washington, Jeff earned his undergraduate degree from Central Washington University where he captained the men’s basketball team and was named Honorable Mention All-American his senior year. As an editor for the university newspaper, Jeff gained national notoriety after publishing an article critical of certain race-based hiring processes at Central.

After receiving his undergraduate degree in journalism, Jeff earned his law degree from Seattle University, where he received the presidential scholarship and was accomplished in both moot court and trial advocacy competitions.
